6. Nails on hands and feet must be cut short to avoid scratches
7. Keep your uniform clean and tidy
8. Jewellery should be removed before training
9. Chewing gum, sweets or similar may not be eaten during workout
10. Avoid unnecessary chatting when the training has started
11. Pay attention to the advice and instructions given by the teacher
12. Don't workout if you feel sick
13. Tell your instructor before training if you have any small injury but
